We're here!

So what happens when you put 11 teens in a van for 6 hours....? A LOT OF FUN!!!! What a great day of hanging out as we made our way down to Brunswick. As we pulled out of the church at 9:30am, we wondered what time we'd finally arrive...and with one lunch stop and one bathroom break, we still made it in 6.5 hours. And yes, we stayed at or under the speed limit...

After checking in and getting settled in, we went over to South Point Baptist and met Matt Howell and his sweet family. Our group instantly filled their church and we look forward to meeting his members tomorrow. I was reminded of how much we have to be thankful for in Lebanon. A big building with rooms to host every possible function we could think of.

Tonight we have dinner, a group meeting, a little chill out time, and then off for bed as we have church in the morning at 10am. Tomorrow also holds a Low Country Boil for lunch, hosted by the members of South Point, and then canvasing for VBS. Pray for us as we get acclimated to the more "humid" heat of coastal Georgia, and continued excitement as we reach out to the Brunswick community. ~CiCi

You might want to put a day of the week or date on your blogs as you go along as it just shows the time!

Praying without ceasing for YMT! Hope the Shrimp/Boil meal was delicious...I'm salivating thinking about it! Be safe and Go spread the gospel! “From the rising of the sun to the place of its setting, men may know there is none besides me.” Isaiah 45:6
